Body therapy that gets you moving again
Since stepping into the world of bodywork and therapy, it has been my passion to create positive change for people. I believe that movement and well-being belong together. My goal is to help you reduce pain, regain the freedom to move freely, and improve your quality of life in a lasting way.
In my practice, I combine precision, a holistic approach, and a clear focus on function. I particularly enjoy working with people who want to move more freely again, become more resilient, and develop greater confidence in their bodies.

My Approach: Precise, Personalized, and Holistic
Everyone is unique – that’s why I combine different methods such as body therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, Osteo Thai massage and coaching to create the right approach for your needs. My work is not just about pain relief, but also about supporting your overall well-being.
My approach is based on a personalized combination of therapies tailored to your body, your symptoms, and your daily life. For me, this is precisely where the particular strength of my work lies: I can effectively combine different methods to offer you a broad yet precise range of treatments, all under one roof.
The way I work
I don’t follow a rigid protocol; instead, I take a close look: What is your body telling me? How do you move? Where do strain, compensatory tension, or recurring symptoms arise? Based on this, I combine the methods that make sense for your situation. I’m convinced that effective therapy shouldn’t just treat individual pains, but should consider the person as a whole.
My work focuses primarily on acupuncture and chiropractic, which I supplement with manual techniques drawn from osteopathy, massage, breathing exercises, movement exercises, and individually tailored exercises. This results in a treatment approach that not only addresses symptoms but also improves function, regulation, and quality of movement.
Why movement is so important to me
As an enthusiastic athlete, I’ve competed in triathlons, marathons and ultracycling events, and I also love swimming, hiking and surfing. These experiences taught me how much joy movement can bring – but also how challenging it can be when the body sets limits.
Thanks to my many years of experience in amateur and competitive sports, I have a deep understanding of what exercise, physical stress, recovery, and returning to activity entail. This understanding directly informs my therapeutic work today. I know all too well how frustrating it is when pain or injuries interrupt your training and prevent you from achieving your goals. I, too, have gone through such phases and, through targeted rehabilitation and bodywork, found my way back to the joy of movement.
These experiences have shaped me: I’ve come to understand how important it is not only to treat the body, but also to strengthen and stabilize it over the long term. That is exactly what I pass on to my patients in my practice today.
I especially enjoy working with people who are eager to get moving—whether they’re already physically active or just want to start moving more again. Many of my patients want not only less pain, but also greater mobility, increased stamina, and a better sense of their bodies in everyday life.
In my work, I support both physically active people and those with chronic or recurring health issues. For me, what matters most is not so much the level of performance as the willingness to better understand one’s own body and rediscover the joy of movement.
Moving Without Pain: My Areas of Focus
I’m especially specialized in treating:
- Knees – promoting mobility & stability
- Shoulders – reducing pain & improving function
- Lower back (lumbar spine) – supporting long-term back health
My aim: to help you rediscover the joy of moving freely.
My goal for you
I am convinced that holistic body therapy and personalized exercise programs not only relieve pain and prevent injuries, but can also help people better realize their potential in everyday life and in sports.
For me, one thing is clear:
movement is joy, and pain-free movement is the key to a better quality of life.
